Responsibility



The word "responsibility" can mean many different things to many different people. Our company defines responsibility in the following ways.

Responsibility to our Customers

First, we pride ourselves on treating our customer base with the highest levels of service, satisfaction, and friendliness, while providing the highest quality products at a fair value. This is perhaps our greatest responsibility as a company - without it, we wouldn't be in business. Our 85% rate of repeat business speaks for itself.

Responsibility to our Employees

We believe that all our staff have the right to work in a safe, positive, encouraging environment in which they have opportunities to further their careers and to expand their skillsets. We provide extensive training and coaching to all of our employees as part of our responsibility to help them grow.

Responsibility to our Community

As a responsible and caring corporate citizen, we involve ourselves in the local community in a number of ways, including sponsoring local youth in sports programs. We also believe in giving back to the community - our company now provides jobs for nearly 75 local citizens.

Responsibility to the Environment

We respect our environment. We recycle, reuse and reduce wherever possible. We strive to reduce our environmental footprint, whether it's using fuel-efficient vehicles for our home food delivery, "going green" with our document storage and databases, or sourcing from local farmers, meaning fewer trucks on the road and less carbon emissions.
